Incendonet Announces the Release of SpeechBridge® 5

Encinitas, CA, September 3rd, 2013 – Incendonet, Inc., a leading provider of speech automation solutions for the enterprise, today announced the availability of SpeechBridge 5.  Channel partners can download the software, release notes, upgrade instructions, and administrative documentation in the Partners section of our website.  All end-customers with a current technical support or software assurance subscription are eligible for this upgrade.  Resellers that have end customers who are not current with their technical support or software assurance can either email sales or call (760) 944-7698 and say “sales” to receive a quotation to make them eligible.

Key enhancements to SpeechBridge 5:

   •   Speech-enabled press or say menus can be added from the admin website
   •   Configurable confirmation prompting and call handling based on recognition probabilities
   •   Custom mapping of Active Directory field for import/sync
   •   Enhanced support for configurable variables within VoiceXML application templates
   •   Enhanced logging streamlines advanced troubleshooting and reporting detail for custom IVR applications
   •   Support for Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) clients to connect to the console GUI
